All patients seeking medically necessary massage therapy with Massage Healthcare of America must schedule an initial consultation before treatment. This consultation is required, costs $85, is non-refundable, and is not covered by insurance. The visit includes physical assessment, discussion of your insurance coverage, creation of a treatment plan, and completion of referral documents. To expedite your care and waive the $85 consultation fee, you may have your physician email referral documents directly to us and use the patient portal to schedule an appointment and complete intake paperwork. This streamlines your approval process and helps you access therapy more quickly. All patients scheduling medically necessary massage therapy at Massage Healthcare of America are required to complete an initial consultation before beginning treatment.
